Your journey begins early, with hotel pickup around 2:00–3:00 AM. By 4:00 AM, you’ll arrive at the basecamp near Mount Batur, where you can enjoy a warm coffee or tea before the adventure starts. At 4:30 AM, hop into a 4WD jeep and explore the rugged volcanic terrain on the way to the sunrise point.
Arriving around 5:20 AM, you’ll enjoy breakfast while waiting for a breathtaking sunrise over Mount Batur and Lake Batur. As the sky turns vibrant shades of orange and pink, your guide will help capture stunning photos for you.
The journey continues to the famous Black Lava fields, where you’ll explore dramatic landscapes formed by past eruptions and learn about the volcano’s history. You’ll also pass local farms, giving you a glimpse of daily life in the area.
The tour ends with a visit to the serene Bali Floating Temple (Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur), located by the lake and known for its peaceful atmosphere and unique “floating” appearance.
After this incredible experience, you’ll return to your hotel around 9:30 AM, bringing home unforgettable memories and beautiful photos.
