Just got back from our Bali trip and I have to rave about our tour guide, Madia Jr. From the moment we met, he made us feel like old friends – so warm, kind, and genuinely happy to show us around Bali. He went above and beyond in every way: making sure we stayed safe crossing busy streets, pointing out hidden gems we’d never have found on our own, and he was absolutely fantastic as our personal photographer—every single shot turned out perfect. Please request driver Jero Pica. He is a young and passionate local. If you want to learn about Balinese language, local culture, and customs, make sure to ask the travel agency to assign him to you. We had a wonderful trip to East Bali thanks to our tour guide, Mr Pica. He was very responsible and extremely knowledgeable about the history of the places we visited, which made the experience even more interesting. He was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout the entire journey. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali.

We’re a family of four and booked the Ubud Sightseeing Private Tour with Pisan Bali Tour. Our driver Kadek was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the trip. Unforgettable Sunrise Experience – Exceptional Service! I recently joined Jro Sana's sunrise tour, and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured our safety while making the experience enjoyable. Waking up early to hike under the stars and witness the sunrise from the summit was truly magical.

We had such an awesome time with all the fun activities like jeep tour at Mount Batur and the black lava, brunch at Akasa Café Kintamani, and riding ATVs. The photos turned out amazing, thanks to our cool jeep driver, Wayan! Big thanks as well to Keliwon, our super nice driver for the whole trip. And of course, huge thanks to Pisan Bali for arranging everything so well!

The operator was incredibly friendly and flexible, even accommodating last-minute requests that came with additional charges. The Jeep operators (Nyoman, Wayan & Agus) were also amazing—super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to take beautiful photos for us and even suggested great poses. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely worth every cent paid!

Although our original booking for an atv tour was rerouted due to some issues, Pisan rearranged everything for us and still gave us an excellent experience!

It was absolutely stunning, having breakfast with this beautiful sunrise, that’s a must do! To be fair getting up at 2am was hard, but totally worth it. We had an amazing tour guide, Kadek made sure we were safe and helped us so much by hiking up and down. Our safety and wellbeing was her priority. We had so much fun with her and felt very comfortable and safe 🙂

I randomly bought the Mt Batur & Tukad Cepung waterfall tour voucher from KKday. At first i was very worried about the route will be very crowded and the photos will turn bad because i am very particular in photoshooting. But!! After the tour I am so so so satisfied and happy with Pisan Bali tour and want to express my gratitude to everyone of this tour, especially our driver Kelewon boy and Jeep tour guide Wayan! 🥹💙 They are so helpful, friendly and most importantly, they can take very nice photos and videos! Look at the raw photo that they took for us, it’s soo nice even without editing! 😍 Not only that, they take care of our bags and belongings, take care of us during the entire tour and making sure we have our photos/videos nicely taken. I joined the Mt. Batur trekking tour with Pisan Bali Tour and had an amazing experience. I first saw the Jeep sunrise tour, but once I found out they also had a trekking option, my boyfriend was super excited and we changed our plan! I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask for a customized trip since we had a driver for the day. The conversation was smooth, the price was reasonable, and we ended up visiting Mt. Batur, Tirta Empul, and Tegalalang Rice Terrace—all in one day! Our driver Pica texted us the day before, which made us feel more comfortable. He picked us up at 2:30 am, was super friendly and drove very safely. He didn’t talk too much when we were tired but was always happy to chat when we felt more awake. We had lots of questions about Bali and he answered everything patiently. We felt really relaxed and safe with him. At Mt. Batur, we met our trekking guide Kadek, a petite and super sweet girl. The hike started out fine, just really dark (a headlamp is helpful!). After halfway, the trail became steeper and more like climbing than hiking. Kadek held my hand for the rest of the way and kept checking if we were okay. She had even lived in Taiwan before, so we had a lot to talk about, which made the climb even more fun. She always reminded us that “it’s your trip, so go at your own pace.” The view at the top of Mt. Batur was stunning—something you don’t see anywhere else. If you're going, bring a jacket and wear long pants even if it’s hot in the day. The volcanic rocks are slippery—I even fell once! We were the last to get back to the car (thanks for waiting, Pica 😅). After the hike, we had breakfast at AKASA Cafe with a great view of the volcano. Then we visited Tirta Empul, where we learned about Balinese Hindu culture. Pica explained everything clearly and helped take great photos. We skipped the cleansing ritual because of the long line—if it’s a must-do, go early! Last stop was Tis Cafe near Tegalalang Rice Terrace. It started raining, but the view was still beautiful—quiet and romantic. It was a nice way to end the day after the tough hike. Huge thanks to Pica and Kadek—you both made our Bali trip unforgettable. Your English was great, and we felt so taken care of. Highly recommend Pisan Bali Tour for anyone planning their trip! I had an amazing tour today with Wayan our tour guide for the Sunrise Jeep tour/Akasa coffee. Wayan has been very friendly, funny and professional when taking us to see the spectacular view of the sunrise and the lava field of Mt Batur. I had learnt lots of knowledge about the mountain as well as getting lots of great photos from Wayan. Highly recommended tour guide!!!.
